We will begin exploring Single System Designs and Client Satisfaction

After completing the assigned reading for this module, discuss how human services professionals can use single system research designs (SSRD) in the evaluation of their practice/programs. After discussing the use of a SSRD, briefly discuss the importance of monitoring client satisfaction and why client satisfaction surveys yield highly positive results.
